We have designed the URBAN VENOM website with two shopping modes in mind - browsing and instant gratification. While browsing you can enjoy the magazine content, then click and buy from photographs of items you like. Alternatively, if you know what you are looking for, use the SEARCH feature found on the tool bar, or the SHOP feature where you will find a menu of available choices broken down into categories such as clothing, accessories and shoes.

DOES URBAN VENOM SELL FACTORY SECONDS OR DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS?
URBAN VENOM sells the most recent designs from the most sought after US fashion brands and designers. We are authorized by licensed wholesalers and each of our designers to distribute their collections via the web. Our prices are much lower than the retail prices of traditional shops. URBAN VENOM does not sell factory seconds or discounted products.

WILL URBAN VENOM HAVE SEASONAL SALES?
Urban Venom, like offline shops, will offer seasonal sales. You can find these items in the sale section.

HOW DO I KNOW IT WILL FIT?
As you know, many countries have different sizing systems. In order to simplify things we have taken the time to interpret the various sizes between the US, and the UK
To find out your size you can view our size chart where we will guide you on the various size conversions.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT IS IN STOCK?
All items shown are in stock unless the words "Sold Out" on the product page. From time to time items which have not yet arrived in stock will be available to advance purchase. Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping basket it isn't reserved and can be bought by another customer while you are browsing.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
If an item you are interested in buying is out of stock, please send an email to specialorders@UrbanVenom.com. The URBAN VENOM buying department will check if the item can be re-ordered and if so, how long it will take.

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Making a purchase is easy. Just follow these simple steps:
• Shop by browsing through our magazine or searching our designer lists in The Shop.
• Click on the image to access the individual item's product page where you will be given information on sizing and colour options.
• Add merchandise to your shopping basket by clicking on the 'Please add to my shopping basket ' button near the desired item.
• Review the items you have chosen in your shopping basket. To delete an item from your shopping basket, click on the 'Remove' button next to the item. To change the number of items click on 'update shopping basket ' and key in the new quantity.
• Resume shopping after viewing your shopping basket; click the 'Continue browsing' button. Please be aware that when the item is in your shopping basket another customer can still purchase it.
• Proceed to checkout to finalize your purchases and follow the instructions.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES URBAN VENOM ACCEPT?

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT URBAN VENOM?
Our site is as secure as we can make it.
All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Barclays, a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At URBAN VENOM we don't hold your credit card details on the website. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure URBAN VENOM uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. To ensure you process orders securely you need to have SSL switched on in your browser. For Netscape click the Security icon on the tool bar and check the SSL2 & SSL3 boxes. For Internet Explorer from the View menu find Internet Options, click the Advanced tab and check the SSL2 & SSL3 boxes. Further security information can be found within your browser. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted by us. Once your credit has been approved, the receiving address has been verified, and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the item shipped. You will receive another e-mail notifying you if any of the items you ordered are not in stock, if this occurs the full amount of the invoice is returned to your credit card account.

WHAT IF I LIVE IN A COUNTRY THAT URBAN VENOM DOES NOT SHIP TO?
URBAN VENOM ships worldwide.
No matter where you are, we can ship products to you - it is just a case of DDP or DDU.

We are able to ship to the follow countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all Import Duties / Customs Taxes and local Sales taxes are calculated and included within the purchase price.

DOES URBAN VENOM SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES?
Due to shipping restrictions unless there is a reception agent present at the P.O. Box during business hours, customers with P.O. Boxes will need to arrange for an alternate physical delivery address. You must provide us with an address where our delivery service can get a signature upon delivery of your shipment.

DOES URBAN VENOM SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. At this time, you can ship your online order to only one location. We realize that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations. We offer two solutions in this case: You can break your items into separate online orders.
